Leonor is an award-winning social enterprise entrepreneur, whose career has spanned both the private and NGO sectors. As Chief Executive of The Montessori Group she establishes versatile education solutions in partnership with international authorities, private corporations and NGOs.

Angela is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and mother to three children. She has a background in Private Equity and Financial Services and has consulted for both Bloomberg and the Financial Times. Additionally, she has experience in art curation and has worked with Alexander Ochs Gallery in Beijing, China. Christine Losser is the Founder of luxury fashion label Aqvarossa. Aqvarossa’s legacy coats and knitwear have an emphasis on simplicity, quality and sustainability, ensuring that all the collection are designed to last and can be passed on to the next generation. Each legacy piece is crafted from sumptuous hand selected yarns, including alpaca and merino wool. Christine is based in her Head Office in Zurich where she oversees the careful sourcing of each material she uses and nurtures the close relationships that she has formed with the partners and producers who make each collection possible. The design studio is in London, headed up by Creative Director Vera Thordadottir previously of Celine and Hussein Chalayan.
Tracey is an industry thought leader. She is the co-creator of Kalmar Lifestyle and currently sits on several boards as an advisory director for Beauty Bulb, Murdock London, and We Are Moody. She is also Co-creator for Kalmar and an Operating Partner for Cedar-Bridge Investments.
Sophie Baron is the Founder of Mamamade, nutrition for infants. She gained valuable experience across continents, growing up in New York, relocating to France and finally moving to the UK to undertake a PhD at the London School of Economics. She launched her business in 2017 after the birth of her daughter as she found that there was a gap in the market for convenience-based baby food that was nourishing and delicious. Mamamade operates as a digital business, driven by AI, and all produce is delivered online via subscription.
Jayne Alexander founded The Dovetail Agency shortly after the birth of her daughter in 1997. Previously to this she was the Sales and Marketing Director of Necker Island working directly under Richard Branson. Alongside her flourishing Agency she is the founder of The Champion of Women Awards, held annually to recognise women across all sectors who champion others and has raised much needed funds for an array of charities.

Carolina Santo is the Founder and creative director of Arloe. Hella Bigio is an innovative entrepreneur who was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland. She moved to Israel for university where she studied Business, whilst simultaneously following her passion by taking jewellery classes. This led her to launch her fine jewellery brand Touti Bo in 2017.Touti Bo collections are filled with iconic pieces that are timeless, yet preserve a bohemian flair. Family traditions, precious heirlooms, talismans and stories from the past inspire her to create legacy jewellery, that will be passed down through generations.
Martine Davis is an entrepreneur with business interests in property, garden design as well as an established artist and writer, which includes two dating columns in newspapers both in the UK and Germany. She is additionally the Founder of Page,
a bespoke introduction agency.
Martine focuses on each member of her agency, their stage of life and vision to try to find the perfect partner which includes each candidate interviewing with a highly regarded and qualified psychologist to gain an insight to the traits, morals and values of each member.
